George Mason University Men's  Lacrosse Club

Everyone needs to complete:

• IMLeagues forms

  • GMU IMLeagues

  • Join Men's Lacrosse.

  • Complete the forms and quiz.

• Up-to-date physical

  • Available on IMLeagues or Mason Recreation

  • Print the form, and have a physician fill it out.

  • Option to be completed through Student Health Services

    • Sub 1, Room 2300

  • Drop off the form at the Club Sports drop-box in the RAC lobby.

  • Physical is valid for 365 days after date of completion.

• Dues

  • Pay dues at RAC check-in front desk.

  • $150 - Returners

  • $200 - Rookies

• NCLL registration (not available yet for 2021 - 2022)

  • Athletic trainer's office hours: 4 - 5 pm every weekday @ the RAC
